About The Position

Responsible for the efficient movement, handling, and organization of materials and inventory to support order fulfillment and inventory accuracy within the assigned warehouse area. Ensures adherence to safety standards, productivity expectations, and quality requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting, moving, and handling of materials up to 50–100 lbs.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to recognize product types, safety signage, and color-coded warnings.
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including heat, humidity, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the duration of the shift.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and break down freight onto pallets in accordance with productivity standards.
• Sort and organize materials by purchase order (PO) number and SKU to ensure accurate inventory control.
• Break down freight into Ti-Hi configurations as required.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed and in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Perform sorting, repacking, labeling, and other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures; proactively identify and report hazards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding workflow, issues, and priorities
