About The Position

Join Tri-Supply in Temple, TX and be part of a team that helps contractors and homeowners get the right materials—fast, friendly, and accurate. We’re hiring dependable people who take pride in safety, service, and getting the job done. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up a new facility. This includes hiring Managers, Staff (Staff, Counter Sales, Outside Sales), and Yard Personnel (Drivers, Loaders, and Forklift Operators). This will also include designing a new facility and putting together an initial inventory list.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors and lift/move materials as needed
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Construction/lumberyard experience

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license preferred (role-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support a safety-first culture
• Coordinate receiving, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment
• Experienced in purchasing for a lumberyard operation
• Coach and schedule staff; maintain productivity and service standards
• Handle customer issues and ensure smooth jobsite deliveries
• Hiring Managers, Staff (Staff, Counter Sales, Outside Sales), and Yard Personnel (Drivers, Loaders, and Forklift Operators)
• Designing a new facility
• Putting together an initial inventory list
