As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Account Managers, delivering exceptional service to customers, and helping drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or customer‑facing experience
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Comfortable with basic accounting/mathematical concepts
  • Strong data entry skills (10‑key, 50+ wpm)

Nice To Haves

  • A background in building materials, construction, architectural sales, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by prospecting and qualifying new leads
  • Prepare and submit quotes, orders, and customer documentation
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone activity
  • Assist Account Managers with projects, follow‑ups, and daily tasks
  • Schedule customer meetings, presentations, and product discussions
  • Create and deliver presentations showcasing Disdero’s product offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date account information in our systems
  • Track sales activities and follow up on leads, quotes, and open opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Send product samples, displays, and materials to customers
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Participate in occasional travel as needed
