About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Lumber Handler for a floater position where the employee may be used in multiple departments. This role involves placing wood materials onto the production line at the chop saw, removing cut wood pieces from the conveyor belt, and sorting and stacking lumber based on size and length specifications. The employee will be responsible for maintaining a steady workflow to support production efficiency and must follow all safety procedures while operating near machinery.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail for sorting and stacking materials accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of production line processes preferred
