About The Position

The Lube Technician is responsible for inspecting vehicles, providing recommendations using SLT software, performing requested maintenance and repairs on customer and company-owned vehicles, conducting multi-point inspections (MPIs), and communicating vehicle condition information to a service advisor and/or manager. This role involves collaborating with the Service Advisor to understand the scope of work, acknowledging waiting customers, performing a thorough 27-point vehicle maintenance inspection, advising on recommended services or necessary repairs, and executing work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy according to dealership and factory standards. Key duties include performing oil changes, lubrication work, and checking all filters.

Requirements

High School or Technical School diploma.
Valid driver license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of previous OEM automotive technician experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
