About The Position
The Young Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their service team as a Lube Technician. This role is crucial for the ongoing maintenance and performance of customer vehicles. The Lube Technician will perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure vehicles run smoothly and efficiently. The company offers a starting wage of $15.00/hour with provided training and performance-based increases. Requirements
- Candidates who have the desire to become Master Level Technicians and beyond
- Demonstrated history of being reliable
- Valid Driver’s License (good driving record required)
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Entry-level technicians with oil & lube experience preferred but not required
- Current students in auto tech programs are encouraged to apply
