About The Position

The Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic vehicle inspections. Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude and passion for automotive work.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous lube or general maintenance experience preferred but not required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services on a variety of vehicles.
• Check and top off fluids, inspect belts, hoses, brakes, and other key vehicle components.
• Perform multi-point inspections and document findings accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays and tools.
• Follow all safety and manufacturer maintenance guidelines.
• Communicate any service recommendations or concerns to Service Advisors or management.
• Assist in keeping customer vehicles and the dealership property clean and professional.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
