About The Position

Performance Honda Bountiful is seeking a dependable, motivated Lube Technician to join its Service Department. This role is an opportunity to work with vehicles and develop a career in the automotive industry. Professional experience is not required; the employer is willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Requirements

• Basic understanding of vehicles and automotive maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move automotive components and equipment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment substance screening.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Lubricate vehicles and replace filters.
• Check and top off fluids.
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, and other basic components.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide quality work and excellent customer service.
