Position Summary As a Lube Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance services such as fluid changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections following established procedures. You will play a key role in maintaining vehicle performance and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious work ethic
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to read and understand instructions and technical information
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as necessary

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive experience or training is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance services including checking and topping off fluids, replacing filters, and rotating tires
Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential vehicle issues
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service or repairs
Complete required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Support shop appearance, safety standards, and inventory management
Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, and environmental requirements
Participate in required staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
