About The Position
Pride Chevrolet is hiring Express / Lube Technicians for their Chevrolet store in Lynn, with an immediate need on their Chevrolet team. This role is the first step in their in-house Apprenticeship Program, with opportunities for promotion into full repair roles as skills are developed. The position involves performing basic maintenance tasks and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Applicable experience with oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, and basic vehicle maintenance
- A drive to grow into a full automotive career, not just punch a clock
- Strong work ethic and a growth mindset, with real interest in pursuing factory certification down the road
- Friendly, coachable, and genuinely interested in being part of a work family
- Insurable under our dealership garage policy, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance
- Perform, document, and video all multipoint inspection findings on the repair order
- Check tire pressure and inflate as needed, and inspect basic wear items
- Communicate clearly with advisors and fellow technicians
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and secure all tools and customer vehicles
- Complete all required OEM and in-house training on schedule
- Maintain high CSI and provide an exceptional customer experience on every vehicle
