About The Position
Baum Chevrolet Buick is looking for a Lube Technician to join their team. The Quick Lube department is responsible for vehicle maintenance and light care such as oil changes and tire rotations. The role requires careful attention to detail, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to perform inspections, basic maintenance, and minor repairs.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in fast pace environment
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to work Saturdays (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive lube technician experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player
- Outgoing and friendly personality
Responsibilities
- Specializing in quick vehicle maintenance.
- Performing vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and documenting all work.
- Performing oil changes, maintenance and lubrication work.
- Tire rotations.
- Communicating with lane leader when additional repairs are needed.
