Requirements

- Mechanical aptitude or interest in automotive repair
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and training procedures
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Basic computer and technology skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
- Replace oil filters and air filters
- Check and refill fluid levels including coolant, brake fluid, and washer fluid
- Inspect tire pressure and overall tire condition
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
- Rotate tires and assist with basic maintenance services
- Assist senior technicians with vehicle maintenance and shop tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Safely operate shop tools and equipment
- Follow manufacturer and dealership service procedures
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Help deliver a great customer service experience through quality workmanship
