About The Position

Waste Connections is looking for a Lube/Fuel Tech to work at our Post Oak Landfill in Luling, TX. Mechanics interested in secure, steady employment in a family atmosphere are encouraged to apply. In this position you will be doing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our heavy equipment. This is an hourly position typically working 50-55 hours. Waste Connections is an integrated solid waste services company that provides solid waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services in mostly exclusive and secondary markets. Requirements

At least 1 year of work experience.
Preferably in a maintenance/mechanic type role
This position is an outdoor working environment
Must be able to climb up and down a ladder or climb up and down the heavy equipment
Must pass drug screen and pre-employment background check.
Must have personal hand tools for daily use
