What You’ll Do As a Lube Technician , you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You’ll perform essential maintenance and repairs on all makes and models with speed, precision, and professionalism. Your day-to-day will include: Performing oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and fluid services Inspecting vehicles for safety and performance issues Replacing filters, wipers, brakes, belts, and other components as needed Accurately recording all work performed in our service system Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Participating in ongoing technical and professional training And most importantly—helping foster the positive, team-first culture that makes Yoder Chevrolet special. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or ASE certification a plus)
• At least 1 year of automotive technician or lube tech experience preferred
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to learn and grow
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
