The Driver is a support role responsible for assisting Inventory and Sales Managers in transporting vehicles to and from dealerships and vendors. This position will pick up or take inventory to/from wherever assigned and aims to nurture and cultivate a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
5+ years of automotive driving experience is required.
Valid Class C or D license preferred.
Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions vehicles.
Must have a clean driving record, maintain current vehicle insurance, and be able to pass insurance guidelines for drivability.
Must be at least 26 years of age or older.
Must be able to drive long distances, and for several hours.
Able to work with and understand route guiding and navigation software

Responsibilities

Safely transport vehicles to and from the dealership, customers, auctions, service appointments, and other locations as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of dealership vehicles.
Perform visual inspections of vehicles before and after transport; report any damage or irregularities.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety procedures at all times.
Provide professional, friendly, and prompt customer service during all interactions.
Support lot organization by moving and parking vehicles in designated locations.
Assists with transporting customers, employees, or parts during times of high volume.
