Requirements
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
- Rotate and inspect tires, check fluid levels, and replace filters
- Conduct multi-point inspections to identify additional service needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about findings and recommendations
