Szott M-59 Toyota is looking for a motivated and energetic Lube Technician to join our fast-paced service team in Waterford. Whether you are a recent graduate of a trade program or a DIY enthusiast looking to turn your passion into a profession, we provide the environment and training to help you succeed.
Requirements
- A fast learner who can manage their time effectively in a busy shop.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a valid driver’s license.
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
- A desire to grow—we love promoting from within to apprentice-level and master technician roles!
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance: Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs.
- Multi-Point Inspections: Identify potential issues (brakes, belts, leaks) and communicate them to Service Advisors.
- Maintain Quality: Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently to meet Toyota’s high standards.
- Keep it Clean: Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
