About The Position
LV Petroleum is a recognized leader in the energy and fueling industry, committed to delivering exceptional service and products. The Lube Technician joins the maintenance team at TA/LV Petroleum and maintains and repairs diesel vehicles and equipment, helping ensure safe and efficient operations at petroleum facilities. The role involves routine maintenance and repairs, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, keeping accurate service records, staying current with diesel technology and repair techniques, and complying with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Considerable experience in diesel repair and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Vocational training in diesel technology.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines to ensure optimal functionality.
