About The Position

The Lube Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the performance, safety, and longevity of customer vehicles. This position is responsible for performing routine automotive maintenance services with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow within the automotive service field.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and mechanical components.
• Ability to use hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top‑offs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections, including checking belts, hoses, brakes, tires, and lights.
• Lubricate chassis components and other mechanical parts as required.
• Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle needs or concerns.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety protocols, shop procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Assist with additional shop tasks such as shop cleanup when needed.
