Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a physically active environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive or lube technician experience is a plus, but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes.
- Rotate tires and check tire pressure.
- Inspect and replenish vehicle fluids.
- Replace air and cabin filters as needed.
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
- Communicate maintenance recommendations to the Service Advisor.
- Maintain accurate repair order documentation.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
- Properly care for dealership tools and equipment.
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety and quality standards.
- Deliver efficient, high-quality service while exceeding customer expectations.
