About The Position
Blake Ford in Franklin, VA is seeking an experienced Lube Technician to join their team. This role is for someone serious about a future in the automotive field, willing to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be reliable and detail-oriented. Training will be provided, but previous automotive experience is required. This is a full-time position with great pay and benefits.
Requirements
- Previous automotive experience
- Automotive Repair and Diagnosis experience required
- Previous Automotive dealership experience
- Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities
- Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have own tools
- Must have a State Inspection License
Nice To Haves
- ASE and/or OEM/Manufacturer Certified a plus
- Diesel and Transmission Technicians a plus
