About The Position

We don’t just service vehicles—we build long-term relationships. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused Lube Technician to join our service department. Experience is welcome but not required —if you’re eager to learn, we’ll provide the training.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive field
- Basic mechanical aptitude (experience a plus)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable, punctual, and coachable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic maintenance
- Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
- Check and adjust tire pressure
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Communicate with parts and service teams to support workflow
- Safely operate tools and shop equipment
- Assist with diagnostics and repairs as skills develop
- Follow factory and dealership procedures and documentation
