About The Position

We are looking for motivated individuals that have the desire to work for one of the best and oldest Toyota dealers in the area. This role is ideal for those who work on their own car, motorcycle, lawn mower, or are generally good with their hands, and have the desire to enter the automotive repair business without the significant cost of formal schooling. We are one of the largest, highest-trained shops in the region, and many of our tenured technicians began their careers in lube positions and advanced to senior roles.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a criminal background check before starting.
Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License.
Willingness to learn and work on vehicles.
Good manual dexterity and ability to work with hands.

Nice To Haves

Experience working on own car, motorcycle, or lawn mower.
Interest in the automotive repair business.

Responsibilities

Perform basic automotive maintenance and repair tasks.
Assist senior technicians as needed.
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential issues.
