In addition to performing inspections, you'll assist with lube technician tasks, making this a dynamic and rewarding position. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of automotive experience
- AC certified
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers and respond to communication calls from co-workers.
Nice To Haves
- Successfully complete the Lube Technician training course.
Responsibilities
- Perform state-mandated vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections and document findings accurately.
- Identify damages or discrepancies during inspections.
- Keep inspection equipment in good working condition.
- Provide professional, friendly service to customers in person and over the phone.
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire pressure adjustments.
- Perform specialized services like transmission and radiator maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Deliver excellent customer service by explaining services and recommending additional work when necessary.
