Lube Tech - 2nd Shift - 4pm-2am
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This position is on the 2nd shift, from 4pm to 2am, Monday through Friday. The role involves performing fueling, lubrication, and routine maintenance on heavy equipment and plant machinery. It also includes inspecting equipment for wear, leaks, and potential failures, maintaining accurate service records, and following preventive maintenance schedules. The technician will also assist with minor mechanical repairs and part replacements, ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with lubrication systems
- Ability to read and follow maintenance schedules and technical instructions
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments
Responsibilities
