About The Position

The Lube Tech will perform lubrication services and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment. This role involves conducting inspections to identify wear and potential mechanical issues, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring proper inventory of lubricants. The Lube Tech will work closely with maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and must follow all safety and environmental guidelines during servicing operations. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of lubrication principles, a detail-oriented approach to inspecting and servicing machinery, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to safety and adherence to operational protocols, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, are essential. Employment is conditional upon a successful post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check, with some positions requiring FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. The work environment is characterized by the presence of moving mechanical equipment, exposure to inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
