About The Position
This is a part-time Lube Tech position. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, performing preventative maintenance services such as changing filters and fluids, and maintaining the appearance of the shop. The company is willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements
- Must be able to operate equipment such as transmission machines, radiator service machine hand tools and basic shop equipment.
- Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to push, pull, lift and bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, and turn head-neck-shoulders as needed.
- Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time.
- Exceptional attitude to inspire a high-performance team.
- Dependability and work ethic.
- Must have references.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working for dealerships, automotive shop, or quick lube preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with exceptional customer service.
- Perform our signature service routine preventative maintenance, service filters, fluids, wipers, and other minor services.
- Perform building and shop maintenance to improve appearance and curb appeal.
