Entry-level Lube Tech/Technician
About The Position
When you join us as an Entry-Level Lube Technician, your personal and professional goals will be fueled by a friendly and collaborative team environment. Together, we’ll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service, while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles. Your road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award-winning training program, we’ll teach you how to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, perform an 18-point maintenance check, and other preventive maintenance services.
Requirements
- Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
- An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Stand for up to 8 hours
- Climb stairs
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
Responsibilities
- Change oil
- Check and refill fluids
- Rotate tires
- Test and replace batteries
- Inspect and replace lights and wipers
- Perform an 18-point maintenance check
- Perform other preventive maintenance services
- Provide top-tier customer service
