About The Position
Are you ready to start your career with a dealership that’s Built Ford Tough ? Sterling Heights Ford is looking for motivated, hands-on Lube Techs and Light Duty Recall Technicians to join our fast-paced service department.
Requirements
- Basic automotive knowledge or experience
- Willingness to learn and grow in the industry
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- We are a drug free workplace.
Nice To Haves
- Ford experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance
- Handle light-duty recall repairs and service bulletins
- Assist senior techs and learn advanced diagnostics
- Ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely
