Requirements

• Valid Class G driver’s license required, with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than 3 demerit points).
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable with working outdoors year-round.
• Available and willing to work overtime when needed.
• Experienced and competent in servicing a wide range of heavy-duty rental equipment, preferably in the field.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, very customer-service oriented and works well independently while also being comfortable working as part of a team.
• Curiosity to learn new things & understand more about construction equipment and the rental industry.
• Comfortable with computers/technology (for filling out inspections, reports, etc., etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and highly safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Performing oil changes, fluid top-ups, and lubrication on various types of construction equipment fleet on customer jobsites.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs as needed.
• Communicate and schedule service times with customers.
• Document all service and repair information.
• Order parts, receive parts, and open/close purchase orders as required.
• Operate and maintain lube truck equipment safely and follow all safety policies and procedures on customer sites.
• Provide excellent customer service while visiting customer jobsites.
