Requirements

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Good communication and organizational skills
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes and tire rotations
• Inspect vehicles and identify basic maintenance or repair needs
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding recommended services or delays
• Work closely with the parts department to obtain necessary components
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and development programs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
