About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is seeking an Automotive Maintenance / Lube & Tire Technician for their Car Sales Certification Center. This is a full-time position with overtime availability, offering a starting salary of $20.00 per hour, plus weekday and weekend pay differentials. The role involves performing car and truck service and repair, preventive maintenance, and used car certifications according to company policy. The technician will support customer needs while adhering to safety and quality standards. Technicians will work on new vehicles across all manufacturer lines, have access to manufacturer training, and use company-provided tools and equipment. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations in the last 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points).
  • No drug or alcohol related incidents in the last 3 years (DUI/DWI).
  • Must have 2 years experience handling automotive mechanical service procedures in a work-center atmosphere in the last 3 years.
  • Must pass background check/MVR and drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • ASE Certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Perform used car certification inspections according to company standards.
  • Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
  • Repair and replace tires.
  • Replace wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers).
  • Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order (RO) to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.
  • Comply with part procurement and inventory management procedures.
  • Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services.
  • May process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backs.
  • Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards.
  • Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards.
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
  • Comply with all Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
