About The Position

Ice Cold Air Complete Auto Repair is looking for a friendly, reliable Lube & Tire Technician to join our team. You’ll help keep our customers safe on the road by performing essential maintenance services and delivering the kind of customer experience that keeps people coming back. At Ice Cold Air, we promote from within and invest in our people. Lube & Tire Technicians can grow into full Automotive Technicians, Lead Techs, and Service Advisors across multiple Tampa Bay locations.

Requirements

• Some professional experience removing, installing, and servicing tires
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required
• Must possess your own tools

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires and related components to ensure safety and drivability.
• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires according to company standards.
• Perform oil changes and other basic lube and preventative maintenance services.
• Follow all Ice Cold Air safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members, answering questions and explaining services in a friendly, professional manner.
