Our location in Olive Branch, Mississippi is currently seeking a Full-time, LTL Order Prep. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm, with occasional opportunities to start earlier or stay later depending on business needs. As an LTL Order Prep, you will be responsible for preparing pallet orders for shipment. This includes tasks such as cutting corner boards with a table saw, shrink wrapping, and operating a banding machine. You will also cross-train in additional warehouse positions as part of Ubique Group’s “We Move to the Work” approach, which empowers employees to expand their knowledge and skill sets.

Requirements

• Stable work history.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pallets for shipment.
• Cut corner boards using a table saw.
• Operate a banding machine and apply shrink wrap.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment (including sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed)
• Keep the warehouse organized and orderly at all times
• Wear and maintain required safety equipment
