Under the direction of the Regional Director and Assistant Regional Director, coordinates and supervises the activities of a Long-Term Care Regulatory team of members representing the following disciplines: nursing, nutrition, social work, and Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) and administrative/technical support. Coordinates survey activities, investigation of complaints, licensure inspections, and investigations of abuse, neglect, or exploitation at Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID). Participates in making punitive action decisions. Work includes administrative and technical support, scheduling consultation, quality assurance, and evaluating the performance of team members. Works cooperatively in scheduling, developing policy, and meeting the goals of the unit with other team leaders.
