About The Position
The LT Weather Specialist supports the Energy Assistance program by performing customer service and support functions for escalated assistance referrals. The role is with the Center for Public Management at the University of Oklahoma. The position is subject to renewal based on availability of funds. The stated pay range is $18.00–$18.26, depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; travel is not required. Hiring is contingent upon a background check.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 24 months of experience in a call center or front-line customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for the Energy Assistance program.
- Support escalated assistance referrals.
