About The Position
Parker Health Group, Inc. is seeking an LSW (Licensed Social Worker) for in-home geriatric counseling services within Middlesex County. This part-time role involves managing a caseload of at least 8 clients, with supervision for clinical hours provided free of charge for those meeting the minimum caseload requirement. The service area includes locations such as Spotswood, Old Bridge, Edison, Brunswick's, Woodbridge, South River, and Port Reading. The hourly rate for this position is $41.00. Requirements
- Master's degree required.
- Valid LSW in the state of NJ required.
- NJ driver's license in good standing required.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years of counseling experience preferred.
- EHR knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
