About The Position

Inspira Education Group is seeking part-time LSAT Tutors who are passionate about education and helping students succeed. Tutors work one-on-one with students, develop personalized study plans, and provide expert guidance across every section of the LSAT. The role requires approximately 20 hours per week, including tutoring and preparation time. Sessions are scheduled around student availability and may take place on weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends. This is a remote position based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Requirements

• A four-year college degree; a bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Have previously taken the LSAT and provide a copy of the official score report.
• Have a baseline LSAT score of 170 or higher.
• Be able to provide LSAT test preparation for the full exam and each section.
• Have superior attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Be comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote tutoring environment.
• Be available to tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of previous teaching or tutoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the LSAT.
• Tailor an LSAT curriculum to each student's needs.
• Track and analyze student progress.
• Create and maintain project trackers to monitor student progress.
• Keep students’ families informed about progress.
• Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
