About The Position

Blueprint is seeking passionate individuals to prepare students for the LSAT using our proven methodology and resources. As an instructor/tutor, you will guide future lawyers to achieve stellar scores on test day. Instructors deliver a best-in-class experience in Live Online Courses by leveraging their love of the test, enthusiasm, and content knowledge. Tutors work 1:1 with students to customize their test prep experience, supported by Blueprint’s methods and materials. Based on experience, skills, and personality, candidates will be placed into the role that is a perfect fit. Instructors are also required to take tutoring students. Blueprint accepts applications for this position on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Achieved a 173+ on an official LSAT
• Obsess over student outcomes and believe in the power of good instruction
• Understand what it takes to help students succeed and thrive on feedback
• Believe standardized tests are solvable puzzles and enjoy showing people how to break down complex material
• Enjoyed preparing for the LSAT
• Thrive teaching students with different strengths
• Committed to empowering students to build learning and test-taking skills
• Confident using a webcam
• Experience engaging students via a live streamed platform

Responsibilities

• Help future lawyers achieve life-changing scores on the LSAT
• Instructors: Primary - $60/hr, Secondary - $40/hr
• Tutors: $40/hr
• Prep Rate: $20/hr
• Take advantage of a flexible schedule, ideally 10-20 hours per week
• Get to nerd out over the LSAT
