About The Position
Traditions of Chillicothe, a 5 STAR rated skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care community, is seeking LPNs and RNs to join their team. They are owned and operated by National Church Residences, a leading provider of senior housing and healthcare services. The role involves advancing better living and care for seniors.
Requirements
- Ohio Nursing Licensure in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 1-2 years nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise, provide and direct nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Supervise nursing assistants and ensure the efficient completion of their assignments.
- Communicate professionally and effectively.
- Document resident information timely, accurately, and confidentially.
- Adhere to the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Rights documentation.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined under the Safety & Compliance policies and procedures.
