About The Position
As an LPN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care. This includes comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring the client’s condition, promoting health and prevention, and coordinating services.
Requirements
- Two years of LPN experience.
- Two years of experience in assisted living or a nursing home.
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective organization, time-management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
- Dedication to seniors and their well-being.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care.
- Conduct comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations.
- Monitor the client’s condition.
- Coordinate health promotion, prevention, and services.
- Help ensure the community follows applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding resident services and care.
