Requirements

• Current NYS LPN license
• Current NYS CPR certification
• Minimum of one year experience as LPN or RN
• Required to attend full orientation
• Compliance with NYS Department of Health immunization requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with elder care desired
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• LPNs/RNs are members of a self-directed team and are responsible for providing exceptional care, supporting leisure, maintaining a safe and clean home, and providing meal and laundry support for those who live in the home.
• As a nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents are living according to their desires.
