About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, with responsibilities that include assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and monitoring resident health.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Vermont
- Experience in long-term care, rehab, or dementia care settings
- Proficiency in PCC charting system
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor and document resident health and progress
