About The Position
Beloved Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time LPN for a Monday-Thursday night shift. This role offers a consistent schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to enjoy 3-day weekends every week. We are also seeking Weekend Warrior LPNs with extra pay and a weekend rotation. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and takes pride in caring for seniors.
Requirements
- Active Missouri LPN license (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion for and commitment to caring for seniors
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards
