About The Position
Paramount Home Health Care is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one nursing care for a client in Ellenton, Florida. This is a great opportunity for nurses looking for a comfortable one-on-one case with flexible scheduling. The patient is very mobile, pleasant, easygoing, and generally requires routine nursing support, including G-Tube management. Many shifts are currently open! We encourage everyone to apply, whether you are looking for just a few days per week, part-time hours, or a full-time schedule.
Requirements
- Current and active Florida LPN license
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate and committed to quality patient care
Nice To Haves
- G-Tube experience preferred
Responsibilities
- G-Tube management and care
- Medication administration as ordered
- Routine nursing care
- Monitoring and documenting the patient's condition
- Following the patient's Plan of Care
- Maintaining the patient's safety and comfort
- Completing required nursing documentation
