About The Position
BAYADA offers a paid, new graduate Nurse Residency Program, accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC), focusing on quality care for clients. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA ensures new nurses are comfortable and confident through dedicated support from Clinical Managers. The role involves caring for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels in a home care setting, providing opportunities for nurses to explore their passions and advance their careers.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
