BAYLOR - Home Care - Overnights - LPN
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for immediate overnight openings to provide one-on-one care for pediatric and/or adult clients throughout Ocean County, NJ. This role focuses on ongoing overnight shifts with trach and vent clients, offering a unique opportunity to earn up to $46.50/hr through an incentive program (work 16 hours and get paid for 20 hours, or work 24 hours and get paid for 32 hours). Lower acuity pediatric client availability is also an option. BAYADA was founded on the principle that healthcare is best delivered at home, and we are dedicated to providing excellent care and supporting our nurses with comprehensive training and around-the-clock clinical support.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with trach and vent clients.
- Experience with pediatric clients.
- Experience with adult clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care for pediatric and/or adult clients.
- Care for clients with trach and vent needs.
- Perform electronic charting using Statewise.
- Deliver care in the client's home.
