About The Position

Paramount Home Health Care LLC is seeking two (2) dependable, compassionate, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a 10-year-old boy in Holiday, FL 34691. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys working with children and is looking for a consistent schedule, flexible shift options, and a wonderful, supportive family to work with. The LPN will provide nursing care and assistance including G-Tube management and care, tracheostomy care, medication administration as ordered, monitoring the patient's condition and maintaining safety, basic nursing services and assistance with activities of daily living, following the patient's established Plan of Care, completing required nursing documentation, and communicating with the family and nursing supervisor regarding the patient's care and condition.

Requirements

Current and active Florida LPN license
Dependable with excellent attendance
Good communication and documentation skills
Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working with children
Able to provide safe and attentive one-on-one nursing care
Willingness to learn and follow the patient's individualized Plan of Care

Nice To Haves

Pediatric or private-duty nursing experience
G-Tube and tracheostomy experience
