Through our partnership with this leading healthcare organization, The Staff Pad is seeking motivated Licensed Practical Nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care and thrive in a collaborative clinical environment. As an LPN, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey by delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You’ll contribute to a positive patient experience while working alongside an interdisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program or technical school of nursing
  • Active Montana LPN license
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
  • IV Certification required within 6 months of hire through an approved nursing education program or a pre-licensure nursing education program
  • COVID-19 vaccination required

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care in a clinical setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Conduct focused nursing assessments by accurately collecting, documenting, and communicating both objective and subjective patient information in a timely manner.
  • Monitor patients closely for current health status, changes in condition, and any abnormal signs or symptoms, communicating updates promptly to the healthcare team to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with Nurses, Providers and other healthcare staff by: Providing data, establishing priorities, and setting realistic, measurable goals
  • Identifying interventions that maintain comfort and support normal human functions and responses
  • Creating an environment that promotes wellbeing while delivering health education to patients
