About The Position
The LPN assists in delivering care by assessing patient needs, planning care, and meeting the needs of patients in the Medical Surgical unit. Under the supervision of an RN, the LPN provides quality nursing care focused on excellent outcomes and patient experience. The role supports patient care, safety, and an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Current New York State LPN license.
- BLS.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate patient care with the care team.
- Maintain patient safety and a clean, safe environment.
- Promote and support an organized work environment.
